Housekeeping: Sorting our exploratory discussions wheat from chaff

The number of exploratory discussions on the wiki's main
page had grown
to the point where it was hard to see what was current, what
was
abandoned or moribund, or simply to see what was there at
all,

Accordingly, I have moved them all to a separate page, and
categorised
them as one of:

        # Actively being progressed
        # Current, but less active
        # Moribund
        # Formally abandoned or
        # Archived

I erred on the side of caution, categorising many as
"moribund", which
someone may well be interested in developing, so please
check the new
page, and move any you re working on to the
"active" or "current"
sections; I also suggest that you append your name, so that
we can see
who is doing what, and can contact seemingly - absent
editors, to ask
whether work is on hold or abandoned or ask the community if
another
editor wishes to take up that particular baton.
