Easier submission of sites-in-the-wild for "non-members"

At the moment, the only way that people can add new
microformat-publishing
sites to the wiki is to create an account. Some publishers
may not wish to
go to the trouble of doing so, for a one-off site
submission.

We should provide a form, or an e-mail address, where people
can submit
such sites, which volunteers can then check and, if
appropriate, add to
the wiki.
