Operator & Thunderbird

Yeah, I know -- I should probably be contacting the authors
of Operator 
directly...

Does anyone know if Operator supports microformats in HTML
mail via 
Thunderbird? If not, any plans?

I would LOVE to see some of those event promoters who keep
sending me those
colourful html emails about events mark up their emails in
hCalendar!
...or at least include *something* machine readable 

I think there is actually more of a need for some
easy-to-use authoring
tools in email clients.
