Wiki warning precludes quoted evidence

Editing screens on the microformats wiki currently include
the warning:

        Do not copy text from other websites without a
public domain
        -compatible license. It will be deleted.

This would preclude the gathering if evidence required by
the "process"
(and is probably not what is meant anyway).

It should be re-worded to allow the fair-use quoting of
other websites.
