Internet Exploiter for Mac will not work with AirBears
authentication.  There is a known bug/deficiency in IE
for mac that does not allow for strong encryption.
IE for mac is no longer supported by Mac or MS.  Please
encourage your users to use Firefox or Safari, both of
which should work just peachily.

If you're having problems with either, please try
clearing the cache.
