Some of our visitors have the same problem. The way we use
to delete the
messages would be using outlook (I think other programs work
the same way
too) by enabling "Remove from Server after ***
days" under Tools/Email
Accounts/Edit and Change/More Settings/Advanced Settings.
You can set the
*** number of days to 10 or something, and then when done,
click on
send/receive again and it will delete the old messages from
the server.
However, this option doesn't allow you to specific which
emails can be saved
on the server. This works best when you have the important
emails stored on
your outlook already.

Subject: [Micronet] calmail qouta/can't delete
Good Day,
We've seen a couple of instances where a user exceeds their
calmail quota
and when they attempt to delete messages through the web
interface they
receive an error message "could not complete request-
account full" (or
something to that effect).
Is there any simple way of dealing with this?
