Of course some commentary presupposes that one would want to
procure Dell
products in the first place. TSW induces you to engage their
chosen vendors
(those who play ball on price-breaks), Lenovo, Dell and
Apple. A good
business practice perhaps.
The question that guide's me: Are the components first rate
and do the
values of that company reflect our organizational goals and
values?
Over time I have chosen to see other products beside Dell
and their core
competence of supply chain efficiencies. There are other
considerations
beyond price and ease of access.
