looking for 256M pc1066 Rambus RAM, ECC

I purchased a couple of rambus modules recently, pretty
cheaply from eBay.
Plenty out there, much of it from reclaimed parts....

Anyone out there know of a UC purchase Order source (other
than Dell) 
for 256M pc1066 Rambus RAM, ECC.
Dell is sold out of 256M modules, and the 512M modules are
about $400 each.

Crucial does not carry them. WHSG can't get them.
Any suggestions appreciated.
