no-reply header in mail?

I would like to make an email filter that quarantines anything with /<HTML> in the body (less the slash, I think that escapes it in case anyone else has such a filter). I want to send out a polite rejection notice, but I don't want to get server errors if my rejection reaches a dead address. Is there a "no reply" header element I can use? BTW, has banning HTML mail for University business been considered? It's one way to slow down the spam machine.
