A later version of symevent is included in Maintenance Patch
1 for SCS
3.1.5, but not in 3.1.5 proper.
MP1 fixes some other bugs in 3.1.5 bad enough that I had
hoped we would
skip 3.1.5 and wait for 3.1.6 .
