Hi all,
The Registrar is looking for 'best practices' and
'lessons learned' from other departments who have
implemented CRM-type software, i.e. software that helps
establish a single point of contact for web and email
communications; empowers users with extensive self-service
tools like a searchable knowledgebases and intelligent email
auto-replies; and reduces response times while increasing
accuracy.

If you have any experience with a similar project we'd love
to hear about it.
