Session profile, Display, Cursor won't accept Display

Mode: Blink, Type: Block? That is the default configuration
on all the
systems I have updated recently. The 10-key setting needs
adjustment,
but the cursor is fine.
Graphics driver, perhaps?
I sometimes think I should have paid more attention to my
25-line
screen design and COBOL classes in college(*), but who
knew?
