“The 10 Darkest Truths About Information Security”
Thursday, May 31, 2007 in 150 University Hall, ; 10:30 am-12 noon

A good day for security professionals is when nothing bad happens, when no one really knows they are even there. Most security folks are never going to be the hero, but they sure don’t want to be the goat either.

Don’t get lulled into a false sense of security when nothing bad happens. The fact is, complacency will get you killed.

At today̵7;s session, well-known industry expert Brian Kenyon will highlight a holistic approach for assessing risk, reporting compliance and protecting assets from malicious behavior. It will be a solution focused talk. Pragmatic. Not a sales pitch! We promise.
