Good Day,

If anyone has experience with Dell mediadirect installations
(preferably 
problematic ones)and has a few extra minutes, I'd appreciate
it if you'd 
contact me off-list.

It's an Egyptian machine and getting through to Dell support
is proving 
  difficult.
