Please join us for an informational discussion with Amy Domingo
of Apple's AppleCare Support Division. Discussions will be aimed
at campus departments that provide or utilize AppleCare Help Desk
Tools, Mac OS X server software support, or are signed up as
Apple Support providers. We will explore various new
support options, possibilities for pooling support costs and contacts
across small and large departments, and look at ways to reduce
extended coverage costs while acquiring a higher level of tech support
overall.
