Has anyone on campus implemented campus level authentication
for
FileMaker? If so, I'd like to discuss details of
configuration and
specifically any problems that wouldn't be mentioned in
resources
such as FileMaker's "Server External
Authentication" available on
their website. FileMaker can authenticate using Open
Directory or
Active Directory. Active Directory in the campus environment
will be
preferred, I assume. Configuration for Active Directory has
become
routine by now. However, for the FileMaker configuration,
both at the
server level and client application level, I want to avoid
what
problems I can.
