| Hello,
There are two
computers here at the Haas School that won't allow the users to enter anything
into the fields that show up in BAIRS reports. Hyperion is installed and
the reports show up, but when the user clicks on an empty field, no cursor shows
up and they can't type anything. I have tried reinstalling Hyperion,
wiping out both Hyperion and IE config files, clearing out cookies/cache/temp
files, and logging into the same machine with multiple accounts (the problem is
not account-specific). I also tried setting IE security to the lowest
possible level. Nothing seems to work.
Has anyone seen this
problem? Are there any known fixes? The BAIRS helpdesk seems pretty
stumped and told me to wipe out the profile, but like I said, I'm sure this is
not account-specific.
Thank
you,
Scott
