Hello Micronet,

I need to make a presentation of a piece of software to our project team. I want to project the application on the conference room screen for evaluation, in test mode. I also need the developer on the phone with us during the presentation to answer questions. However, here's the catch, there's no phone access in this room. Can I use the internet connection on the computer to "broadcast" the developer's voice through the room? What capabilities would the developer need on his end to make this happen? What would we need on our end? The developer doesn't necessarily need to be able to see the presentation, but he needs to be able to hear the conversation in the room and respond so we can hear him?

I suspect this is all possible, I just don't know how, or how complicated it would be to set up.

Thanks,

Bond

Maybe you could use Skype for the voip with a speakerphone
attachment in
the conference room and the developer could simply use a
headset and
microphone.

A few Skype compatible usb speakerphones were released
recently. Vosky
Chatterbox, US Robotics USR9610, Skytone by Radian Works..
etc
They're under $50 if you look around. I haven't tried any
of them so can't
make a recommendation.

                  good luck,
                    -Ford
