5.25" floppy drive?

anyone know where he could get ahold of a 5.25" floppy

I have a problem that somebody at micronet might help with.
I have an old (1989/DOS) program ("Corporate
Voice") which I own.
Alas, aside form the DOS problem, it is on 5.25" disks
for which I have no
drive on my current machines.  Is there any facility you or
other micronetniks
know about to accomplish such a transfer?
