Hi,

I like your idea. It does what I'm looking for. However, I
have a problem with this solution : there have been maybe 4
or 5 admins here in the last years, and each of them had his
own standard for usernames. Some of those admins were using
employee numbers as usernames, so I end up with usernames
like "381784", and the owner of folders just
won't know who is "381784". I would have to
associate that username with the Full Name on the Domain.

Anyone knows how to do this by script or by any other way?

Sounds like you need to put some policies in writing as
you're preparing
for the move from NT to Active Directory -- specifically,
some standard
naming conventions for your organization.
