Experience: 5to 8 yrs

Skills :
• Ability to do consulting from a business standpoint.
• Experience in leading a team of consultants, developing consulting process and methodologies
• Experience in developing consulting capabilities of individuals and providing mentorship.
• Ability to make proposals, conceptualizes solutions, create whitepapers, participate in industry forums.
• Ability to do business process mapping and business process improvement exercises using technology as a lever.
• High level understanding of technologies in IT domain.
• Good exposure to at least one functional domain - CRM, SCM, PLM, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of industry vertical domains - manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, automat ion and controls
