GObject's property with _ issue

Argh, I got the options mixed. My intention was to say +1
for b and -0 for a...

Anyway, if Piotras is already going for the safe property
name
limitation, then I'm OK with that.

I would say , let's make option a working now , then we can
think about option b.
The second one requires much work IMO , so this can be done
where something 
in schema&gobjects should be refactored ( which is going
to happen sooner or later ).
