No idea. I removed DBA topic constructors to make sitewizard
and initial static content working.

Which is implemented in midgard-php extension since alpha1.
I would suggest that we could use
parent:__construct();
for > beta2, and keep existing constructors for <
beta2.

mentioned styl templeates issue.
