Ming movie with external resources

Does any body knows if, with ming is it possible to create
an  
animation with external resources?

For example, an image slideshow without embedded jpeg, but
simply  
keeps links to images to be shown?

Yes, Ming includes an ActionScript compiler, with which you
can 
use loadMovie(url) to load jpegs.
