Question about order numbers

Although not available for Merchant 5 yet, Viking Coders
has a module called phone order manager to make it easy
to take orders while using your store for the task, then
you get an order number like an online order.  Hopefully
they'll have that out for MM5 soon.  But really I'd say
just use whatever order numbers make sense for your
accounting system, or you could just start at one and prefix
them with PH or something.
