OK, I took out the %module|... stuff and that makes it work,

That doesn't explain why %ordertotal% isn't interpreted,
however.  Any more 
ideas?

Also, do you know how I can format the dollar amount?

Not sure about order total; my OpenToken resource lists as
%order_total% but VC tokens listed as 
%ordertotal%.

These are the little things that get me confused with tokens
some times.

Also, not sure why hundreths being dropped off your order
total.
