VC Affiliate email

Yep, for openui email.  I think I had a problem with that
order total token too somewhere, but I can't remember if it
is where I placed it or the format.  Support did help.  If I
can remember or find the support ticket with solution, I'll
post back

  Because the Troubleshooting section of the docs (page 29)
says:

  To display the affiliate code in the email, you would use
the token:

normally used in the Affiliate Manager (without the leading
and trailing %). So to display the affiliate code you would
use: 
  %module|BROK_AFFILIATES|affiliate_code% 

  I see now that it is talking about merchant notification
email, not the order notification email (which is cc:ed to
the merchant in my case which makes it all the more
confusing).  

  As I said, I took Korey's advice and used
%affiliate_code% directly and it is fixed.  But that's why
I did it.  


    It has listings of all its tokens in the docs.

  Yes, and one of them is %ordertotal%.  But it doesn't
work.
