Slow Site

My site is really slow.  My ISP said that they see that a
lot with Miva and 
OUI.  I have Miva 4.19.  I don't think that's a good
response from my ISP, 
but I was wondering if others here have the same experience
and what I can 
do about it if anything?  Do I have to get Miva5.  Is it my
ISP?
