how to create a new window via Java Script

Hi, I am trying to create a new window via Java Script and
entered the code
for the link 'The Lesson Workshop' on this page

link you 
will find out that he won't open the window. The page its
supposed to link
to is a page 'Screen_JS1' I added as a new page. Why is it
not working?
