I agree about the email archives - BUT that's all I agree
about. The
forum does not send emails for new posts. It's easier for
me to monitor
and respond to email. An emial gets my attention - a forum
is out of
site, out of mind to me. I can forget for days to check a
forum. AND if
I forget to subscribe to a thread I'm SOL.

imho, online web support

The forum advocates will be happy - this long time
subscriber and occasional contributor isn't. I hope Miva
does have a few people on board who will be monitoring and
contributing to the forums - I hate to say it but I haven't
seen much Miva support around here in a long time.
