Announce the new forums and nothing is really there!

Where is everything broken down by product and user type?

After registering, one has access only to Test Forum,
Community 
Announcements and Off Topic forums.  Where are all the MM4
and MM5 forums? 
The FastTrack forums are also all gone (had access to them
with my old 
account, now neither one has these accessible).
