Hi Everyone,

As you know, we are going to let you test out the forums on
Monday, but
you need the link.

So, without any further ado, here you go:

You will need to register before you can actually start
posting, but the
Test forum is up for viewing (you won't be able to post
unless you are
registered).

I hope to see you all there, and will be available via
private messages
if you need any help with anything.

I've been listening in on the list for at least 10 years -
it's been perfect for me. Interrupt driven, my email pgm
tells me when
something shows up but doesn't insist I read it right then,
just holds it for me 'til I'm ready to look at it - right
here, local,
no effort to look at it. Easy to glance at, easy to check on
something that catches my eye.

I've learned a lot with almost no effort. I've belonged to
dozens of forums over the years, I can't think of a one
I've regularly
kept up with, much less visited more than once every month
or three. Nor any that have taught me so much or answered my
questions so
quickly and aptly.

Oh well, such is progress in the eyes of those who don't
know any better. I'll try the new forums, but I'm not
looking forward to
it.  Definitely going to signup for any new mailing lists.
