Webboard: Indexer doesn't stop

Hi,

I was running an index with a few threads.  After a few
minutes, I pressed the stop button.  Only one of the threads
stopped.  The others continues.  I pressed stop many more
times, over the next few minutes, but couldn't get the
threads to stop.  Exiting the program wouldn't work, either,
since the program doesn't let me exit.  I also didn't want
to kill the application since that might corrupt what it's
already indexed (I'm using the file based system since I
can't get this to work with mysql).

Any ideas on how to get the threads to stop?  Is this normal
behviour?
