Webboard: search text issues

I am running into a problem on one of the sites I have set
this up on. 

I am having problems with any search with "USA" in
it (i.e USA Today)

I've looked at the stopwords files en.huge.sl, en.big.sl and
en.sl.
In the english.syn

I took us out of the stoplist files, but this doesn't really
accomplish anything. 

Is there a way to force include a word?
