Webboard: Please help with date format

Please help me. I really need to know in what format indexer
expects the date to be for this directive:

Section User.Date 0 10 '<META NAME="Date"
+CONTENT="([^"]*)">' "$1"

I tried many formats, most of them dont produce correct
results, one format did record something but it was an
incorrect time.

I tried just plain unix timestamp, but that did not work.

I just need to know what the content of the Meta
name="Date" is supposed to be.
