Unclassified Technical Program Submission Process:
The Web-based Abstract Management System (WAMS)
(www.milcom.org) is used to submit abstracts, full papers,
and final camera ready papers. During the abstract
submission process, author and password information will
need to be entered and a Paper ID# will be assigned. This
Paper ID# and password will be used to upload papers. The
abstract must NOT contain any ITAR-related, classified, or
proprietary information.
Abstracts will only be used to help define the sessions. The
Unclassified Author’s Kit provides instructions to authors
for preparation of the full and final manuscripts and the
required forms. Full papers will be reviewed for acceptance
only when all appropriate forms have been completed and
received.

Classified Technical Program Submission Process:
All persons wishing to attend and/or participate in the
Classified Technical Program must, at a minimum, possess a
current Secret personnel security clearance and be a U.S.
citizen. Non-U.S. originated papers will NOT be accepted for
the Classified Technical Program. All abstracts for the
Classified Technical Program must be unclassified. Please
submit a title and a brief unclassified abstract (up to 2000
characters) of your intended paper via email to:
casto.milcom2007harris.com. Each submission requires
author name, affiliation, citizenship, address, phone and
fax numbers, email address, and the applicable area. For
papers with more than one author, indicate the point of
contact. Do NOT use WAMS to submit abstracts, full papers,
or the final papers for the Classified Technical Program.
All papers for the Classified Technical Program must be
prepared following the instructions and formatting
guidelines in the Classified Author’s Kit.

Proposals for Tutorials and Panels:
MILCOM 2007 solicits proposals for unclassified half-day
tutorials, and unclassified and classified panels on
state-of-the art communications, networking, and
interoperability technologies. The tutorial proposals should
include a brief outline of the tutorial, instructor

Unclassified Tutorials
Kit provides the applicable forms and the formatting
guidelines for the tutorial material. Please forward your
