It looks like a set of knifes for me  , a bit too sharp.
I'd also play a bit around text/fonts.

Nevertheless, I think the number 2, followed by number 3, really do catch my eyes better. The blue in number 1 is just too dark, and the grey isn't really evocative of mono, perhaps it could be used in the "mono" prefix of monodevelop, instead, but I wouldn't spend time in
that direction.
