Web References AddIn Source

Just a few of comments: 
* don't show the Web References folder until the first
reference has
been added. 
* Show all files in the Web References folder if the
"Show All files"
option is selected.
* The "delete all" command doesn't make much
sense to me.

Other than that, the add-in looks great!
