Stetic/Gtk sample?

I'm trying to learn Mono and Stetic from within
MonoDevelop.  Are there
any working sample solutions available?  The documentation
(to people
unfamiliar with Glade and Gtk) is sparse.

For me the hardest part was to understand how to access the
newly created 
widgets. The http://pixane.net/blog/?
p=47 explains, that the whole work does 
the "Bind to Field" button.
There is a screencast too, you will probably find it
interesting.
