Crash on open file

Hi,

I'm trying to use MonoDevelop 0.13, but it crashes when I
try to open a
file.  I installed it from Red Carpet on RHEL4 with Mono
1.2.3.1.  The
output at startup is available here:

   <http://freya.cs.uiuc.edu/~njriley/monodevelop.out>

Any suggestions on what I can do to get it working?  I tried
with
--debug but nothing happens - MonoDevelop doesn't start or
output
anything.  I also tried disabling the add-ins I wasn't using
- I just
need to work on C# code.

Looks like you're missing monodoc.

Have you considered using the packages from Fedora? I can
vouch that
they work...
