new pt_PT translation

Attached is a new pt_PT translation (Portuguese from
Portugal).

This is not 100% (1167 done, 319 to go), but I wanted to
send it to
get some feedback.

That's a really nice translation you've done. Really good
job 
I did a few more entries and changed some of the items that
looked
like errors to me - though they might have been intentional,
so
apologies in advance if I changed anything that I shouldn't
have. You
can find attached the changed file plus a diff.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all,
for your
support (and thank you Vitor and Rafael for offering to
help). If
anyone wants to help, please test the translation and point
out any
errors or bugs (specially conflicting shortcuts.) you find
(it's
probably better to test Andreia's version).

Andreia, I followed the translations from some other
programs. Mainly
gtk/gnome apps like gedit, nautilus, epiphany and anjuta.
Anjuta
specially was very helpfull. I also got some tips from
