compile script to build solution

Is there an option to build an MD-solution by using some
script or Makefile?

I need to compile withoit having monodevelop runnable (due
to old libs).

Try the autotools addin.  It works great in MD 0.13.  You
can move
your entire build infrastructure to makefiles, and have MD
keep the
solution files and makefile entries synchronized (for many
setups).

How can I get an initial Makefile?
