The Include and IncludeRoot targets are for C/C++ library projects that wish to deploy header files.

    Updated Patch: this patch adds support for the Include target directory in the install handler.

Committed, thanks. Perhaps it should have been
TargetDirectory.CHeaders instead of TargetDirectory.Include
to fit in
with the existing naming scheme, but I don't think it's a
problem.
