Swedish translation is broken

It seems that someone has saved the Swedish translation with
the wrong
character encoding.

Please commit this updated and fixed version (as po/sv.po)

First you unpack it and then run "msgfmt file.po -o
/usr/share/locale/sv/LC_MESSAGES/monodevelop.mo" (if
you run *nix)
If you run something else, I don't know the exact location.
