Use standard subversion providers for passwords

Hi.

I attach a patch that fixes Subversion addin to use standard
subversion
provider for credentials - using ~/.subversion to get and
store username
and password.
Now it uses the same saved credentials as command line
client.

The fix is only a change in order of the providers - first
use
subversion ones, and only if it fails prompt the user.
