Reorganization done

Hi,

The directory reorganization is now in trunk. I recommend
doing a fresh
checkout, since lots of directories have changed. Also, make
sure you
delete MD from your installation directory before 'make
install'.

If you find any problems with the build please let me know.

I forgot something important. Starting in beta 3 we are
going to ship
Mono.Addins in a separate package, and MonoDevelop will
depend on it. To
build MD from SVN you'll have to get Mono.Addins from SVN
and install
it. I'm going to tag Mono.Addins 0.3 tomorrow. That will be
the version
required by beta 3.
