How to fix CC for "this"-keyword (extension methods)

Aefvadh,

since the "this"-modifier for parameters currently
break code completion
in MD, I wrote a small patch. Please apply the file attached
to SVN
revision 92268 or older an run
main/src/core/NRefactory/Project/Src/Parser/gen.sh to
regenerate the C#
parser. After recompiling MD, the this-modifier should not
break CC anymore.
