How do I enable database support my SVN configuration
summary is shown below.

 --enable-database does not seem to be a valid option to
./configure

 'gtksourceview-sharp-2.0'.. found.  Gtksourceview-sharp 2
is installed.

The build is now split up into discrete packages, and the
database
addin is in extras/Monodevelop.Database. Although the extras
are
designed to be able to be built and distributed separately,
for the
convenience of people using SVN the top-level configure
script is able
to hook them together into a single build using a
"profile" of
packages.

The top-level "configure --help" explains hpw to
use it.
