MonoDevelop tutorial

I started a MonoDevelop tutorial at:
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Program
ming/LearnByExample/CSharpMonoDevelopGTK

Its rather short, but perhaps it will give someone
inspiration to
improve and extend it.  I don't know if another tutorial
already exists.
If so please let me know.

It is a good start, and I'm not aware of another similar
tutorial.
Please let us know when the tutorial is done, and we can
ponder add-in
it to the MonoDevelop site.
