Bugs in Mono 1.1.14 on Windows

I understand about logging bubs purposes, but i already
delete mono 1.1.13.6
and i can't make good bug report right now because i have
internet traffic
limit and can't download 1.1.14.6 again :-( And on 1.1.14
applications don't
work at all, so i cant make screenshots :-(
